Over the years, our family and our business grew side by side. In 1970, Nancy's husband, David Deal, joined the team, followed soon after by J.P.'s other son-in-law, Bill Yeckley. When J.P. passed away in 1982, Nancy and David took the reins together, growing the business while keeping its core family values intact.

When Nancy and David’s son, Jacob Deal, joined the company in 1994, we became a proud, third-generation family business. We continue to strengthen our leadership team to this day.

Today, after more than 60 years of service, we still operate on the same principles that J.P. Watts established.
